Description: Fully embroidered black “ghost” flap with “glow-in-the-dark” green “IX” in center and Silver Mylar border. Ghosted wording on flap includes: “LENAPEHOKING”, “NOAC”, “MMII” (2002), a fleur-de-lis, “NORTHERN NEW JERSEY COUNCIL”, and “WWW” with an arrow through it. This is the “trader” flap. An identical “contingent” flap with a “glow-in-the-dark” green border will be issued to contingent members and NOAC staff from NNJC in very limited quantities and in not available for sale to others.
