Harrison, NJ, June 11, 1998-- Republican Mathew Dohn will officially kick off the 1998 campaign season on Monday, June 22. The Committee to Elect Dohn for Council announced today that they will be hosting his Campaign Kickoff Party that night. The celebration is scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM and will be held at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 14-16 Rodgers Blvd in Harrison.

"I look forward to seeing a lot of friends at this event," said Dohn, "but I would really like to see some new faces get involved in this election. Harrison’s politics have suffered from the same old problems and the same old faces for far too long. Some new perspective would be refreshing."

Dohn added that all Harrison Republicans are welcome, as well as any Third Ward resident who wishes to meet with him. Officials from the Harrison and Hudson County Republican Committees are already expected to be in attendance.
